I exist to use my gift to help others find their way through this crazy world. Uplifting others is probably the act of service I've done the longest and the best. Now as a fulltime commercial artist and startup CEO, I use art and business to keep it going. These days, I get a chance to serve the communities that raised me and the communities where my corporate clients have a presence.
West End Bike Lane Public Art Install w/ MARTA + City of Atlanta DOT
In 2023, my company and my team collaborated with my hometowns public transit agency, and the city's Dept of Transportation to curate the installation of 150 10ft barricades on a major road in historic West end neighborhood. Two professional visual artists were commissioned create designs that over 600 volunteers fabricated on the cement barricades in one of Atlanta's biggest collaborative community public art projects to date. The barricades now form the only bike lane of its kind on Lee St right outside the West end MARTA Rail Station.
